S. Carey’s Range of Light is streaming via The New York Times‘ T Magazine, which
has this to say about it:
 
“Unlike the songs on Carey’s debut, ‘All We Grow,’ which are mostly built on a single, minimalist motif, ‘Range of Light’ sounds more expansive, frequently jumping from one musical idea to the next. Helping the cause is Carey’s ever-improving voice, which he showcases on the gorgeous album opener, ‘Glass/Film.'”
 

 
And White Hinterland’s Baby is up on WNYC’s Soundcheck blog, which offers up this description:
 
“Throughout Baby’s ten songs, and especially highlights ‘Ring The Bell’ and ‘Metronome,’ White Hinterland doubles down on the experimental electronic flourishes, and fizzy, dance-ready hooks.
