Our Favorite Fliers: Macaulay Culkin’s iPod presents Nintendo-ween

It’s time to get super excite bike about Macaulay Culkin’s iPod. Not just because Mack is back in town this month, but because Macaulay Culkin’s iPod is throwing the first (probably not annual) NINTENDO-WEEN. It’s no load of boulder dash, LPR is getting all castlevania at the beginning of the month and having a Halloween party that would scare the green off Battletoads. (If you could scare a Battletoad. Incidentally, you can’t. Not possible. Don’t try.)

You can act like lemmings and wait till the end of the month to dress up, if you want, but that’s a little like playing regular golf when you could play Lee Trevino’s Fighting Golf, right?

Don’t play regular golf. Join the contra-Halloween party and dress up like your favorite early NES game characters. (Ghost)Bust(ers) out your best interpretations of Spy vs. Spy, DragonNinja, Jordan vs. Bird, Paperboy, or RC Pro Am-themed costumes. Be the best of the best. Don’t let us (touch) down (fever).

On October 10th it’s the Tecmo Bowl of Halloween parties and you could be the star (force).*

*Oh, and Q*bert. No reason. Just wanted to say that and didn’t have a place before. Q*bert. Loved that game.

Macaulay Culkin’s iPod returns to The Gallery at LPR Thursday, October 10. The ridiculous flier was designed by our own Zan Emerson.
