Codes

Get to know NY based Codes, DJ/Producer, on Slow Roast Records. His ingenious sample manipulation has developed into a non-classifiable style all his own. Laced with big ass kick drums and a tight low end Codes keeps bodies moving in the club. Whether it be the remix he did with A-Trak for disco legend Cerrone’s ”Misunderstanding“ or his own Cristal classic ”Guzzlin’ Champagne“ Codes knows how to keep the funk in dance music.

Captivating audiences across the world with his dancefloor control, Codes has played at massive events like HARD Summer, Valtifest in Amsterdam, and Camp Bisco, as well as legendary venues such as Pacha New York, Avalon Hollywood, Webster Hall, and The Wiltern LA. He has toured Down Under with Slow Roast label bossman, Craze, to give Australia a taste of what’s cooking’ in Codes’ kitchen. From that tour sprung a series of original collaborations between the Slow Roast duo ranging from their filthy instrumental ”Trapped in Sydney“ to some deep liquid house vibes like their latest release together, ”Deeper“.

Following up his first EP on Slow Roast Records entitled ”Codes’ House“, the anticipated “The Get Down” EP will be out this February. Keep an eye out for his new take on a couple choice Disco classics from Salsoul Records slated for a release later this year on Ultra and a slew of originals that will be up on his Soundcloud page free for download.

Tres Leches

A new sound is making its way around. It’s Tropical, Dutchy, and Booty Shakin delicious. It’s name is Tres Leches.

These NYC vets are no stranger to the scene, playing everywhere in New York, from Webster Hall to Pacha NYC. The members of Tres Leches have opened up for some of the biggest names in dance music, including Helicopter Showdown, Robotic Pirate Monkey and members of Sazon Booya. These guys have also played all over the US from Philly, to Florida, and even Austria.

Star Falcon

Star Falcon is a bassaholic born and raised in NYC. His style incorporates any and every genre he can find, including trap, dubstep, moombahton, glitch hop, drum and bass, electro house, and NOLA bounce. He’s known for his unique mixing style, full of quick changes and live mashups, and his energetic, often downright crazy stage presence.

He makes regular appearances at some of New York’s most well known parties, most notably Dubday Monday, The Wolf Party, and Bassment Saturdays at Webster Hall, where he has appeared more times than any other guest DJ. In February, he became an official resident DJ of Dubday Monday.

In 2012, he joined the FERAL MUZIK squad. His first single, “Real Girls,” was released on FERAL MUZIK PRESENTS: VOL. 1 in January of 2013. His second single, “Oregak,” was released as an exclusive download in collaboration with Feral Muzik and The Dankles.
