At this year’s festival, Time Out New York will be celebrating funny women and their legacy in NYC with a lineup of some of the best female comics in the business. Expect to see the absurdly talented likes of Saturday Night Live’s Sasheer Zamata, Late Night With Seth Meyers’ Michelle Wolf, Nikki & Sara Live’s Sara Schaefer and many more.

TABLE SEATING POLICY Table seating for all seated shows is reserved exclusively for ticket holders who purchase “Table Seating” tickets. By purchasing a “Table Seating” ticket you agree to also purchase a minimum of two food and/or beverage items per person. Table seating is first come, first seated. Please arrive early for the best choice of available seats.
 
Seating begins when doors open. Tables are communal so you may be seated with other patrons. We do not take table reservations. A standing room area is available by the bar for all guests who purchase “Standing Room” tickets. Food and beverage can be purchased at the bar but there is no minimum purchase required in this area.
 
All tickets sales are final. No refund or credits.

Sasheer Zamata is a comedian, actress, writer and cast member on NBC’s “SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE.” She has appeared on TBS’s “People of Earth,” Amazon’s “Transparent,” Comedy Central’s “Inside Amy Schumer,” “Bojack Horseman,” Seeso’s “Night Train with Wyatt Cenac,” and has voiced the role of “Maise” in Nickelodeon’s “Albert” and appears in the upcoming features, “Sleight” and “Deidra & Laney Rob A Train.” She also serves as ACLU’s Celebrity Ambassador for Women’s Rights. Her one-hour standup comedy special, “Pizza Mind” debuted on March 30th on SeeSo.

Sara Schaefer

Sara Schaefer is a critically acclaimed stand up comedian, writer, and producer currently based in Los Angeles. She was recently the co-host of MTV’s late night show Nikki & Sara Live. Sara has appeared on @Midnight, John Oliver’s New York Stand Up ShowLate Night with Jimmy FallonBest Week Ever, and Inside Amy Schumer. She won two Emmy awards for her work at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and has written for BestWeekEver.tv and Who Wants to Be A Millionaire.
 
Sara grew up in Richmond, Virginia, and got her higher learnings at the College of William & Mary. After a year of weirdness in New Orleans, she moved to New York City to pursue comedy. Working by day as an analyst at a securities fraud law firm, she pursued comedy at night, performing sketch, stand up, and improv all over the city. She gathered critical acclaim for her bi-weekly stage show, “Sara Schaefer is Obsessed With You,” and has produced several live shows over the years, including “Video Gaga” at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre.
 
In 2006, Sara became the host of AOL’s on-line music/comedy show,The DL. While at The DL, she interviewed hundreds of musicians and celebrities. From there, she began blogging for BestWeekEver.tv, and then, in 2009, she began working as the head blogger for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Her work at Late Night earned her two Emmy Awards, a third Emmy nomination, a Webby Award and a Webby nomination.
 
Sara met Nikki Glaser in 2010 and the two began their podcast You Had To Be There. The podcast quickly grew and eventually led to their show at MTV. In 2011, Sara was a writer for Who Wants to be a Millionaire, for which she was nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards.
 
Sara’s accolades include USA Today’s “100 People of the Year in Pop Culture,” Backstage Magazine Comics to Watch 2011, Huffington Post’s “Favorite Female Comedians,” New York Post “Best Jests 2010,” ECNY Award Nominee: Best Female Stand Up 2010, Comedy Central’s Comics to Watch Showcase 2010, and New York Magazine’s “10 Comedians to Watch” 2010.

Michelle Wolf

Michelle Wolf is originally from Hershey, PA and moved to New York after getting a job on Wall Street. She quickly realized that was a terrible choice and, knowing there was no where to go but up, started taking improv. She performed at both the PIT and UCB, and, eventually started writing stuff down. Since then, Michelle has become one of the fastest rising comedic talents in the city. She is a writer and producer on MTV’s Girl Code and was head writer for the 2013 Style Awards on CNN. Michelle was recently named to Complex Magazine’s 50 Funniest Comedians on Twitter with the likes of Steve Martin, Ricky Gervais, and Chris Rock. Emmy Blotnick is a comedian and writer based in New York. Her half hour standup special will air on Comedy Central later this year. Currently she is Head Writer/Co-Executive Producer of The President Show on Comedy Central. Previously, Emmy wrote for The Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe, Not Safe with Nikki Glaser, Comedy Central’s @midnight with Chris Hardwick, TruTV’s Billy On The Street, MTV’s Nikki & Sara Live, Vh1’s Best Week Ever and others. As a performer, Emmy was named one of Comedy Central’s Comics To Watch and Time Out New York’s Women of Comedy. She has appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, @midnight and in the Comedy Central web series New Timers. Emmy is originally from Boston, but regretfully has no accent or bar-fighting experience.

Chloe Hilliard

Chloé Hilliard is a larger than life comedian. Well, that’s because she’s 6’1 and rocks a killer afro. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in a large Hasidic Jewish neighborhood, Chloé has spun her unique experiences into side splitting laughs.
 
Once you know how to tell a story you’re set for life. As a journalist-turn-comedian, Chloé Hilliard is entertaining the masses with her wit and ability to find the humor in everything.
 
For the last ten years, Chloé has been a culture/entertainment journalist, writing for The Village Voice, Essence, Vibe, King, and The Source. Most recently, Chloé was the Editorial Director ofLoop21.com, which focuses on politics, culture, and entertainment from a hip perspective.
 
Prior to Loop 21, Chloé served as the Managing Editor/Social Media Manager for VIBE, a leading urban entertainment magazine and website. She has also been a staff writer for The Village Voice, America’s largest weekly newspaper. There, she chronicled lesbian thugs, BET’s transformation and eminent domain in Brooklyn. Chloé is also a former News Editor at The Source. For her expertise on Hip Hop culture she’s appeared on CNN Headline News, ABC News, Our World with Black Enterprise and C-Span. Her work has been featured in Best African American Essays: 2009.
 
She was recently made her national TV debut on NBC’s smash hit “Last Comic Standing” and appeared on AXSTV’s “Gotham Comedy Live.”
