Crissle is a writer adjusting to life in the projects of Washington Heights. Born in Louisiana and raised in Oklahoma, Crissle moved to NYC in June 2012 in search of the meaning of life and neighbors who believe in gun control. A half-hearted lesbian (crossed in Fall ’99), Crissle enjoys spending countless hours watching Beyoncé performances on YouTube and pretending that updating her tumblr is an acceptable substitute for blogging.
